TFC recently concluded the third edition of its Tianqi Frontline Management Training Program, with 40 frontline employees completing 140 days of learning and practical training to strengthen their management and operational skills.
Now in its third edition, the program reflects TFC's commitment to its “Talent First” core value, supporting employee development and building a stronger pipeline of frontline management talent.

Structured Learning for Professional Growth
Launched on April 24, the 20-week program covered four key areas: fundamental management, daily operations management, workplace relationships, and lean production.
The curriculum combined 120 online courses, 10 in-person training sessions, case discussions, and hands-on practice. Group learning, experience sharing, and team activities further encouraged collaboration across different roles.

Turning Knowledge into Practice
The program emphasized applying knowledge to real production environments, including production scheduling, daily team meetings, material control, line balancing, and on-site improvements.
Through practical exercises, participants developed more structured approaches to identifying problems, analyzing challenges, and implementing improvements.

Learning, Applying, and Growing
Participants shared how the training helped them improve their daily work.
Fairy from Jiangxi FAU highlighted the immediate relevance of the courses to real production challenges, while Rentai from Jiangxi Optical Integration applied his learning to daily management, including team meeting boards and production line operations.
Xiao from Gao'an FAU emphasized the importance of standardized procedures, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in production quality and efficiency.
Despite their different roles and experiences, participants gained valuable insights into their professional development.

Talent First: Supporting Continuous Growth
At the closing session, six learning groups presented their practical achievements, followed by feedback and guidance from mentors. Outstanding participants, mentors, and teams were also recognized for their contributions.
Beyond structured training, the Tianqi program provides a platform for employees to exchange experiences, strengthen management capabilities, and grow professionally.

Guided by its “Talent First” core value, TFC will continue to enhance its talent development programs and provide diverse learning opportunities, empowering employees to grow alongside the company.
